Terms & Conditions (T&C) for an Incident of an Allergy Reaction
We understand that certain products may not agree with your skin type. Therefore, you are kindly requested to carefully assess your skin’s needs and consult one of our agents accordingly. Additionally, please follow the provided product instructions on the package before using any cosmetic product(s), especially if it is your first time using them.

Allergic reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use, and BrandedCosmetics.lk will arrange a refund or replacement with a suitable product for the individual product that caused the allergic reaction.

Please note that all product instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions provided on our site are sourced from manufacturers or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding specific ingredients, we recommend consulting your doctor or reaching out to us for further information.

Delivery charges for returns will not be covered by BrandedCosmetics.lk.

The customer must report the complaint to our hotline (077 745 9060) or the relevant merchant. The merchant will then escalate the issue to the customer care department, which will handle the complaint.

If there are insufficient stocks for replacement, we will arrange a fund transfer after reaching an agreement with the customer.

For electronic grooming products, the warranty card must be submitted to claim warranties.
