Product(s) purchased from BrandedCosmetics.lk should be examined physically at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider. If there is any issue with the product(s), it should be handed over to the rider at the same time, and the relevant merchant must be informed for further action.
You are also kindly advised to log a complaint using one of the following contact methods and obtain an ID number for your complaint follow-up:

Terms Under Which Complaints Will Be Considered

In case of a pack/product damage.

Change of formulation will be accepted if the appearance has changed unusually or if it has a bad odor.

In a special case, you are eligible to exchange the product(s) within three (3) days after receiving them.

Insufficient product shelf life – short expiry.

In the incident of an allergic reaction (T&C apply).

In case of a change of mind, the product may be exchanged for another product(s)/brand within three (3) days after receiving it. Goods must be returned in a resalable condition with all original packaging to qualify.
For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for goods that are not in a resalable condition.
